Unity Christian Church opened its arms wide this season as we served 100 families with love, joy, and unforgettable moments. Families received brand-new toys, wrapped for their children to recieve on Chrismas day. Reminding every family that hope still has a home in our community. We shared a with parents and kids. The day overflowed with laughter as little ones enjoyed craft stations, pony and horseback rides, and bounce houses. It wasn’t just an event it was a celebration of God’s goodness, community unity, and the power of showing up for one another.
Together, we didn’t just give gifts.
We gave memories, support, and love in action.
Unity Christian Church hosted a community-wide baby shower serving 100 mothers and fathers with diapers, wipes, bottles, and clothing for babies up to age two. Each family also received a major blessing their choice of a stroller, bathtub, playpen, wagon, or car seat. We were grateful to have powerful resources that came to our baby shower to be a benefit to our families, including WIC, food stamp enrollment, voter registration, local daycares, and women’s services, giving families support that lasts beyond the event. It was a beautiful day of encouragement, connection, and caring for our community’s youngest blessings
